We are currently seeking volunteers for the 2026 season. All booster club board positions will become open beginning with the 2027 season, making it especially important to identify and recruit volunteers now so they can shadow current board members and learn the responsibilities of each role. This will help ensure a smooth and successful transition of leadership.
A significant part of the United Volleyball program's success is driven by the dedication and support of our booster club. The time, effort, and leadership provided by parent volunteers help create opportunities and experiences that directly benefit our student-athletes.
For board positions, we are particularly looking for parents of underclassmen who will be able to serve the program for multiple years. If you are interested in getting involved and helping shape the future of United Volleyball, we encourage you to consider volunteering.
Every current parent is a member of the Booster Club. There is a mandatory $125 Booster Club fee. The Booster Club fee which covers those expenses incurred by the Club throughout the season.
Below is a list of the different Booster Club sub-committees. If interested in joining a sub-committee or Exec Board, please contact Booster Club President Jared Daniel.
BOARD MEMBERS
Board President:
2026 Season - Jared Daniels
The Board President serves as the leader of the United Volleyball Booster Club and is responsible for overseeing the organization's activities, ensuring effective communication, and supporting the success of the volleyball program. The President works closely with board members, coaches, parents, and school administration to advance the club's mission and goals.
Tresurer:
2026 Season - Kate Bosch
The Treasurer is responsible for managing the financial operations of the United Volleyball Booster Club and ensuring the organization's funds are handled accurately and transparently. The Treasurer works closely with the Board President and other board members to support the club's financial health and help fund activities that benefit the volleyball program.
Concessions Coordinator:
2026 Season - Kelly Phillips
Coordinator and/or assistant do not need to work the shift. Their duties include: arrive by 4:30 to open the stand, make sure money and cash box are there, answer questions from parents staffing and count money at the end of the night. They also will set up Sign Up Genius and monitor that all slots are filled by volunteers.
Communications Coordinator:
2026 Season - Kelly Phillips
The Communications Coordinator is responsible for promoting the United Volleyball program and ensuring timely, accurate communication with players, families, and supporters. This role works closely with the coaching staff, booster club board, team parents, and volunteers to highlight team achievements, share important information, and maintain a strong online presence.
Other Leadership Positions
End of Season Banquet:
Collaborate with Coach Maske to organize, plan, and run banquet to celebrate our season. Specific duties would include planning meal, decorations, and assisting coaching staff with other needs as the date approaches.
Team Parent:
One parent representative for each team.
Create and Manage a Sign Up Genius for Tournament Food. Make sure families sign up and donate food/drinks to be brought to tournaments. This gives the team healthier food options, other than the concession stand during long tournaments.
Create and Manage a Sign Up Genius for your team’s dinners. Dinners are usually planned the night before a regular season game. It is customary for most parents to host 1 evening. Typically only done on Varsity level.
Organize meals for players to take on the bus for regular away games. This is OPTIONAL and an additional cost applies if you are interested in ordering. We previously ordered subs from Jimmy John's.
Spirit Wear Coordinator:
Plan Spirit wear offerings, ordering and distribution.
Senior Night:
Senior Night will be held during one of the last home matches of the season. Work to make the seniors last home match a memorable one.
Team Photographer:
One for each team to focus on action shots at games
United JV Tournament:
NEED EVERYONE!!! – Date for 2026 season is soon to be announced. This is an all-day event. JV1 Players will be playing in the tournament and JV2 and Varsity will be working it. Additionally ALL Parents are needed to work a minimum of 1 shift in Concessions, tickets, etc.
